How are credits calculated?
Credits depend on the selected AI model, video duration, and resolution. Before generation, postUGC shows the exact credit cost.
Does every model include audio?
The Kling 3.0 Turbo, Seedance 2.0 Fast, and Seedance 2.0 configurations offered by postUGC include native synchronized audio.
How long can generated videos be?
Kling 3.0 Turbo supports 3 to 15 seconds. Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.0 support 4 to 15 seconds.
How many videos are included in each plan?
Trial includes 500 credits for up to 1 video, Starter includes 2,500 credits for up to 7 videos, Pro includes 7,000 credits for up to 20 videos, and Growth includes 13,200 credits for up to 38 videos. Video allowance is based on 15-second Kling 3.0 Turbo videos at 720p. Other models and resolutions use different amounts of credits.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation definitively fails because of a provider or processing error, the reserved credits are automatically returned.
How do I get access to postUGC?
postUGC is currently accepting applications on a rolling basis. Submit the short application form with your product and content goals, and our team reviews each application and contacts you directly with access details. There is no public self-serve signup yet — access is granted as new spots open.
Is postUGC for paid ads?
No. postUGC is an organic content platform for short-form product videos. TikTok and Instagram are supported now, with Facebook Reels and YouTube Shorts marked Soon.
Does postUGC work with Shopify only?
No. postUGC works with any product — Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, custom ecommerce stores, and standalone product landing pages. Paste a product URL and postUGC auto-fills the name, description, price, and images for most of these stores. For large marketplaces that block automated access (such as Etsy, Amazon, and Walmart), the link won't auto-fill — you simply enter the product details yourself and everything else works exactly the same.
What if my product URL won't auto-fill?
Some marketplaces — Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and similar — use bot protection that blocks automated page reads, so postUGC can't pull details from those links. When that happens you'll see a prompt to enter the details manually: just type the product name, description, and price and upload a few product images. URL auto-fill is a convenience — manual entry produces the exact same videos.
Does it only create UGC videos?
No. UGC-style videos are one of many formats. postUGC also creates product demos, educational content, lifestyle videos, comparisons, unboxing-style clips, and founder stories.
Can I review content before using it?
Yes. You review and approve generated scripts, captions, and videos before downloading, publishing, or creating more videos from the campaign.
Do I need to hire creators or film anything?
No. postUGC generates organic video content from your product data. No creators, no filming, no daily production stress required.
Is it safe for wellness or supplement brands?
