Tutorial 1

Create a video

Create Video prepares a one-off video from an offer and its reference assets. Review the generated content first or start rendering immediately.

  1. 1

    Offer

Choose Ecommerce product or Mobile App. Import a public product, store, App Store, or Google Play URL, or enter the details by hand. Check the imported name and description, then select reference images or screenshots and add screen recordings where supported.

Tip: Import is a starting point. Confirm the offer details and selected assets before continuing.

  2. 2

    SaaS / AI Tool offers

Choose SaaS / AI Tool for software, AI tools, extensions, desktop apps, or APIs. Add authentic screens or recordings and choose Creator + UI or UI-only; see the software-video tutorial below.

  3. 3

    Creative

Choose a video type such as a demo, testimonial, or unboxing, then set the call to action. Starter includes a basic Brand tone input here.

  4. 4

    Creative directions

Choose 1 for direct content review, or 3 or 5 to explore different hooks and angles within the selected video type. New standalone setups default to 3 directions. You choose which directions become videos afterward.

  5. 5

    Video setup

Choose the available model, creator or supported AI avatar, quality, duration, and audio. Set Monologue or Conversation when supported. Native model audio may vary the wording; an external studio voice adds an audio charge included in the displayed estimate.

  6. 6

    Publishing

Choose to save the finished video or post it after generation to available connected accounts. Trial supports downloading only. Starter and Pro support Post now within their account limits.

Tip: Connect your social accounts in Settings first. Choose save-only to inspect the finished video before posting.

  7. 7

    Brand voicePro

On Pro, use the dedicated Brand voice step to set tone, target audience, and key benefits. These details guide the script, direction, publishing captions, and CTA. Starter uses the basic tone input in Creative instead.

  8. 8

Review and choose how to start

Check the setup and credit estimate. Prepare & review creates editable content before rendering and uses no video credits until approval. Generate immediately starts one paid video generation with the chosen settings and publishing destination.

  9. 9

    Prepare multiple directions

When you selected 3 or 5 directions, use Prepare creative directions to compare concepts before developing drafts. Generate immediately still creates only one video, regardless of the direction count.

  10. 10

Follow progress and find the result

You can keep working while rendering continues. Use the floating progress overlay or Videos to follow the job. Finished save-only videos appear under Ready for Review; inspect them before downloading or publishing.

Create Video

Tutorial 2

Create a campaign

Create Campaign saves a reusable offer brief and its assets. Choose whether to make your first video now or keep the brief for later.

  1. 1

    Offer

Choose Ecommerce product or Mobile App, import a public offer URL or enter its details, and add product images, screenshots, or screen recordings. Confirm the imported content before saving the brief.

  2. 2

    Software campaign offers

Choose SaaS / AI Tool to save a software brief with its subtype, platforms, features, screenshots, and recordings. The same brief can support Creator + UI or UI-only videos.

  3. 3

    Goal & CTA

Choose Conversions, Awareness, Engagement, or Followers. Set the call to action and any claims to avoid so later content follows the brief.

  4. 4

    Brand voicePro

On Pro, set the campaign's tone, target audience, and key benefits. Starter does not include the dedicated Brand voice step.

  5. 5

    First video

Choose Generate now to configure your first video next, or Generate later to save the brief and assets without choosing video settings. Generate later skips Video type and Video setup.

  6. 6

Video type and Video setup — when generating now

Choose the first video's format, references, model, creator, audio, quality, and duration. Check the credit estimate. You can change settings when you make future videos from the campaign.

  7. 7

    Review and create

Confirm the brief. If you chose later, use Create Campaign. If you chose now, use Create & review content to edit the script before approval, or Create & generate immediately to start rendering. The campaign is saved before its first video starts.

Tip: Recurring daily campaign automation is coming soon. Create follow-up videos manually from the saved campaign.

Create Campaign

Tutorial 3

Use your campaign after it's created

Reuse the saved brief and assets, create new videos, or prepare and edit a script separately before making a video.

  1. 1

    Open the campaign

Open a campaign from Campaigns. Its Overview, Analysis, Scripts, Assets, and Videos tabs keep the brief and its content together.

  2. 2

    Create New Video

Use Create New Video to open the shared video setup with the campaign's offer and assets. It runs analysis if needed and prepares a script automatically when submitted; manual preparation is optional.

  3. 3

    Explore campaign directions

For a new video from an existing campaign, creative directions default to 5. Choose 1 for direct review or explore multiple angles before selecting which ones to develop.

  4. 4

    Optional: Run AI Analysis

Choose Advanced → Run AI Analysis to prepare strategic research separately, including the audience, benefits, hooks, content angles, and warnings. Preparation progress remains available when you leave and return.

  5. 5

    Optional: Generate Script

After analysis is ready, choose Advanced → Generate Script. This creates one new script for 10 credits without rendering a video. Existing drafts are kept. Check the available balance beside the action; a failed script generation is refunded.

  6. 6

    Edit and save a script

In Scripts, choose Edit script to update the title, hook, body, voiceover, visual directions, CTA, and other content fields. Use Save changes or Cancel. If a draft changed in another tab, reload before saving; if a video already has a pending review, follow the link to that review editor.

  7. 7

Generate Video from a saved script

Choose a script's Generate Video button to configure production settings while reusing its content. Review edits create a copy for that video and preserve the saved campaign script. A saved script goes directly to a single review draft.

  8. 8

    Reuse assets and review results

Add images, screenshots, and recordings in Assets for future videos. Finished videos appear in the campaign's Videos tab and the main Videos page, where you can review, download, post, or schedule them.

Open your campaigns

Tutorial 4

Review content before generation

Approve what the video will say and display before paid rendering begins. This content approval is separate from reviewing a finished video.

  1. 1

    Open an editable draft

Choose Prepare & review or Create & review content during setup, then open the draft's review editor. Resume pending content drafts from Videos. Preparing a review draft does not start paid audio or video generation.

  2. 2

Edit the script and spoken words

Review the hook, script body, exact spoken voiceover, visual directions, video CTA, emotion, creative angle, and compliance notes. For Conversation, use 3, 5, or 7 alternating Creator: and Partner: lines, starting and ending with Creator. Native audio may vary the approved wording.

  3. 3

    Check publishing captions separately

Edit each platform's post caption, hashtags, and caption CTA. These publishing captions are separate from captions rendered inside the video, which follow the spoken script. Script edits do not automatically overwrite publishing captions; use Regenerate captions for new platform copy.

  4. 4

    Check the advanced video prompt

Review or edit the prompt that guides generation. If structured content changes, use Rebuild prompt to include the revised script, or edit the prompt manually. Rebuilding replaces prompt edits; Regenerate captions replaces platform copy. Each action asks for confirmation and neither regenerates the other field.

  5. 5

    Wait for saved changes

Edits autosave. Wait for All changes saved before leaving. If saving fails, keep the page open and use Retry saving. If another tab changed the draft, preserve unsaved text and reload before further edits or approval.

  6. 6

    Confirm production settings and approve

The model, creator, assets, audio, quality, duration, and publishing destination are locked for this draft. Return to setup and create a new draft to change them. Approve & generate saves the content, checks available credits, reserves the video cost, and starts generation. Approved content becomes read-only for that video.

Open content drafts

Tutorial 5

Explore and generate creative directions

Compare different hooks and angles within your chosen video type, then turn only the directions you like into independent videos.

  1. 1

Choose how many directions to prepare

Choose 1, 3, or 5 in the creative controls. New standalone setups default to 3; Create New Video from an existing campaign defaults to 5. One direction uses the direct review flow. Generate immediately always produces one video.

  2. 2

    Compare, edit, and select concepts

Use Prepare creative directions to create a saved batch. Read each concept's hook and angle, choose Edit details to refine it, and select concepts. Direction edits remain on the page until you use Save edits or develop them.

  3. 3

    Develop selected directions

Choose Develop for your selected directions to prepare an independent script-review draft for each concept. Preparation uses no video credits. After development, edit the video's review draft rather than the original concept.

Tip: Developing multiple directions makes the batch save-only. Publish each completed video separately; posts already submitted are not recalled.

  4. 4

Review drafts and approve your selection

Open Review & edit for each draft and wait for edits to save. Back in the batch, use Select for generation, check the combined credit estimate, then confirm Approve & generate. Every selected draft must be current and affordable; if one cannot be approved, the selection does not start.

  5. 5

    Track each result

Each direction has its own generation status and completed video. Successful videos remain available if a sibling fails. Open History of Creatives to resume the batch and follow completed videos to your library.

Create Video

Tutorial 6

Resume saved creative batches

History of Creatives keeps previously saved batches accessible, including when creating new creative directions is unavailable.

  1. 1

    Find an existing batch

Open Videos → History of Creatives. Browse batches by date, offer, video type, and status, then open a batch to see saved directions, drafts, and results. Older batches are available through the history pagination.

  2. 2

    Resume pending work

Reopen a saved batch to continue reviewing drafts and follow queued, generating, or completed videos. Save review changes before returning to the batch to approve pending drafts.

  3. 3

Recover from preparation or generation failures

Use the available retry action for failed concept or script preparation. Confirmed video-generation failures release or refund that video's reserved credits without changing successful videos in the batch. If a submission says it needs reconciliation, do not submit it again; contact support with the batch and video IDs.

  4. 4

Delete a batch and pending drafts

Delete batch & pending drafts removes pending work while keeping already generated videos in your library. Shared uploads remain while surviving videos need them. Batches with active or uncertain generation submissions cannot be deleted yet.

Open History of Creatives

Tutorial 7

Choose a creator or save a custom avatar

Let the model cast a creator, customize an appearance, or reuse a saved avatar when the selected model supports it.

  1. 1

    Configure the video's creator

In Video setup, choose a creator gender and adult age range. Let AI decide the appearance or customize details such as skin tone, build, face, hair, and eyewear. Use an original fictional identity.

  2. 2

    Select a supported AI avatar

Browse the avatar library and select a saved creator when the model accepts an avatar reference. Required portrait inputs must be supplied before generation. Support varies by model; a description-based identity is approximate.

  3. 3

    Generate a custom avatar

In AI Avatars, create a UGC avatar. Choose an available image model, gender, age range, appearance, outfit, and setting. Write the appearance yourself or use Auto-generate appearance for 1 credit per suggestion. Generating the avatar image has its own displayed model cost.

  4. 4

    Save and reuse the identity

Preview the generated image, name it, and choose Save to avatar library. Saving costs no additional credits and keeps the avatar available for standalone and campaign videos. Removing a saved avatar archives it without breaking existing campaigns.

  5. 5

    Choose speech and audio

Use Monologue for one speaker or Conversation for two speakers when the model and audio source support it. Conversation requires at least 8 seconds; the partner and a compatible second studio voice are selected automatically where supported. Preview an available studio voice before choosing it.

Tutorial 8

Create videos for SaaS and AI tools

Use authentic software screens and recordings to explain your product, with a creator opening or a UI-only presentation.

  1. 1

    Add the software offer

Choose SaaS / AI Tool, import a public product website or enter the details, and confirm the subtype, platforms, primary use case, features, pricing, and CTA.

  2. 2

    Select authentic reference assets

Add and select real product screenshots or screen recordings. These assets supply the software interface shown in the video. Keep references relevant to the feature or workflow being demonstrated.

  3. 3

Choose Creator + UI or UI-only

Creator + UI combines a three-second creator hook with authentic software footage. UI-only uses your product screens with a studio voiceover, captions, and CTA; it does not require an on-camera creator or a generative video model selection.

  4. 4

    Configure audio, duration, and review

For UI-only, choose an available studio speech model and voice, then 15 or 30 seconds at 1080p. UI-only uses Monologue. Check the displayed credit estimate and prepare the script for review or generate immediately.

  5. 5

    Reuse the software brief

Save a software campaign when making multiple videos for the same tool. Use its Assets tab to keep screens and recordings together, and create follow-up videos from the shared brief.

Tutorial 9

Review, publish, and manage your calendar

Inspect finished videos, choose platform copy, and either publish now, add a reminder, or schedule a connected post.

  1. 1

    Review the finished video

Open Ready for Review in Videos to watch the result. Approve or Reject records your finished-video decision; it is separate from Approve & generate in content review. Download the video to publish it yourself.

Tip: If you chose a connected publishing destination during setup, posting can start as soon as generation finishes. Use save-only to review the result first.

  2. 2

    Choose platform-specific copy

Select the platform on the video card and edit the publishing caption and hashtags before posting or scheduling. This edits the social post's text and does not change captions already rendered inside the finished video.

  3. 3

Post now to a connected account

On Starter or Pro, use Post now, choose available destinations, and confirm. Starter supports up to 2 connected accounts; Pro supports up to 4. Connect or reconnect accounts in Settings if a destination shows Unavailable. Trial has no social publishing.

  4. 4

    Add a manual calendar reminder

Use Add to calendar or choose the manual destination to save a posting reminder. A reminder does not publish automatically; download the video and post it yourself at the planned time.

  5. 5

    Schedule a connected postPro

On Pro, use Schedule / calendar, choose connected destinations, and select a future date and time. Check each destination's caption. Scheduled posting publishes this finished video; recurring daily campaign generation and auto-posting are coming soon.

  6. 6

    Reschedule, cancel, and track outcomes

Open scheduled destinations on the video card or inspect a post in Calendar. Use Reschedule to change a pending time or Unschedule to cancel before publication. Check posted or failed outcomes per destination; a successful post is not undone by cancelling a different pending destination.

Tutorial 10

Manage credits, plans, and account access

Your plan provides a monthly credit pool shared by generation tools. Check estimates and the available balance before starting paid work.

  1. 1

    Check video and audio costs

The estimate depends on the model, quality, duration, and audio. Native audio is included in the model's price where supported. External studio speech adds a charge; Conversation can cost more because it uses two voices. Use the current estimate shown in setup.

  2. 2

    Check script and avatar costs

Advanced → Generate Script costs 10 credits for one campaign script and does not render a video. Automatic script preparation in the video review flow does not incur this standalone charge. Avatar appearance suggestions cost 1 credit each; avatar image generation has a separate estimate, and saving the image is free.

  3. 3

    Understand reserved credits

Approval or immediate generation reserves credits for the job, reducing the balance available for other work. Preparing or editing a video review draft does not reserve video credits. Confirmed failures release or refund the affected charge; an uncertain submission needs support reconciliation before its reservation can be resolved.

  4. 4

Choose the plan for your workflow

Trial is for testing generation and downloading a video. Starter includes Post now and manual calendar reminders. Pro adds dedicated Brand voice controls and connected scheduled posting. Billing shows the current allowance and campaign limits; Growth and recurring daily automation are coming soon.

  5. 5

    Manage account access and support

Connect social accounts, update your profile or password, and manage membership in Settings. A paused membership keeps existing content viewable but disables new campaigns, generation, schedules, publishing, top-ups, and integrations until resumed. Email support from your signup address with the relevant campaign, batch, or video ID.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Create Video and a campaign?

Create Video makes a one-off video. Create Campaign saves an offer brief, analysis, scripts, and assets to reuse for many videos. Both use the shared video setup and can prepare content for review before rendering.

Do I need to run analysis or generate a script before creating a campaign video?

No. Create New Video runs analysis if needed and prepares the script automatically when submitted. Advanced → Run AI Analysis and Generate Script are optional tools for preparing content separately.

What changes when I choose Generate later for a campaign?

The campaign brief and assets are saved without starting a video. Video type and Video setup are skipped. Open the campaign later and choose Create New Video to configure and prepare a video.

When does preparing content use video credits?

Preparing a video review draft does not start paid audio or video rendering. Approve & generate reserves the video cost and starts generation. Generate immediately starts paid generation directly. Standalone campaign script generation and avatar tools have their own credit charges.

How much does Generate Script cost?

Advanced → Generate Script costs 10 credits for one new campaign script after analysis is ready. It keeps existing scripts and does not render a video. Failed script generation is refunded. Automatic script preparation in a video review draft does not add this standalone script charge.

Can I edit a campaign script without changing existing videos?

Yes. Use Edit script and Save changes in Scripts. Existing generated videos retain their content. When a video has a pending content review, use its review editor instead. Generating from a saved script creates a per-video copy for review edits.

Why did my script edits not update the prompt or publishing captions?

These fields are kept separate to preserve custom text. Use Rebuild prompt or edit the prompt manually after script changes. Use Regenerate captions to replace platform copy. Each action asks for confirmation and replaces only its own fields.

What should I do if a draft will not save?

Keep the editor open and use Retry saving if the save failed. If the draft changed in another tab, preserve unsaved text and reload before editing or approving. Wait for All changes saved before leaving or approving.

Can I change the model or assets during content review?

Production settings are locked for the review draft. Return to setup and create a new draft to change the model, creator, assets, audio, duration, quality, or publishing destination. After approval, reviewed content is read-only for that video.

Are publishing captions the same as captions inside the video?

No. Publishing captions, hashtags, and caption CTAs are text posted with the video on each platform. Captions rendered inside the video follow the spoken script. Editing a finished video's publishing caption does not alter the video file.

Does Approve & generate also approve the finished video?

Approve & generate locks prepared content and starts rendering. Approve or Reject on a finished video records a separate decision. A publishing destination selected during setup can post after generation finishes; choose save-only to inspect the result first.

How do creative directions work?

Choose 1 for direct content review, or 3 or 5 for different hooks and angles within the chosen video type. Prepare concepts, develop selected directions into drafts, then approve the videos you want. Preparation uses no video credits; approval reserves the cost of selected videos.

Will multiple directions automatically publish multiple videos?

Developing multiple directions makes the batch save-only. Review and publish each completed video separately. A single developed direction can retain its original publishing destination. Already submitted posts are not recalled if you develop another direction later. Generate immediately always creates one video.

Can I return to an existing creative batch if new directions are unavailable?

Yes. Open Videos → History of Creatives to reopen saved batches and continue reviewing drafts and results. Existing batches remain accessible when new direction creation is disabled.

What happens when I delete a creative batch?

Deleting a batch removes pending drafts and preserves already generated videos. Shared uploads remain while surviving videos need them. Active or uncertain generation submissions must be resolved before deletion is available.

What should I do if a generation submission needs reconciliation?

Do not submit the same job again. Its acceptance could not be confirmed, so credits remain reserved until the outcome is reconciled. Contact support with the batch or video ID. Confirmed failures release or refund only the affected video's charge.

What is the difference between Creator + UI and UI-only?

Creator + UI combines a three-second creator hook with authentic software footage. UI-only presents product screens with studio voiceover, captions, and CTA, using Monologue and a 15- or 30-second 1080p output. Add authentic screenshots or recordings for the interface shown in the video.

Why is Conversation unavailable?

Conversation requires a supported model and audio source, at least 8 seconds, and a compatible second voice for external studio speech. Choose an available combination or Monologue. Edited dialogue needs 3, 5, or 7 alternating Creator: and Partner: lines, starting and ending with Creator.

Does saving a custom avatar cost credits?

Saving a generated avatar costs no additional credits. Image generation uses the displayed model cost, and Auto-generate appearance costs 1 credit per suggestion. Reuse saved avatars with video models that support them.

How are credits calculated?

Your plan supplies monthly credits. Video cost depends on the model, quality, duration, and audio choice, with the current estimate shown before generation. Script and avatar tools share the balance. Reserved credits for pending jobs reduce the amount available for new work.

Why does a platform show Unavailable?

Publishing requires an available connected account and an eligible plan. Connect or reconnect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube in Settings → Social Accounts. Starter supports up to 2 connected accounts and Pro up to 4; Trial has no social publishing.

Will a manual calendar reminder publish my video?

No. A reminder records when you intend to post; download and publish the video yourself. Pro supports automatic posting of finished videos at a scheduled time to connected accounts. Recurring daily campaign generation and auto-posting are coming soon.

Can I reschedule or cancel a pending post?

Use Reschedule or Unschedule for an eligible pending destination from the video card, or inspect its controls in Calendar. Check each destination separately. Already published posts are not recalled by changing or cancelling a pending destination.

What happens if my membership is paused?

You can view existing campaigns, videos, and account data. New campaigns, generation, schedules, publishing, top-ups, and integrations are disabled until you resume membership in Settings.
